Privacy Policy
Effective July 21, 2026
Short version: we collect only what we need, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it. Here are the details.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Funky Town Marketing ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use funkytown.marketing (the "Site"). We keep this short and plain on purpose.
2. What we collect
Information you give us: when you fill out a form, request a quote, subscribe, or contact us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, business name, and message.
Information collected automatically: basic technical and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and referring site, gathered through cookies and analytics.
Payment information: if you buy something, payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
3. How we use it
To respond to your inquiries and provide our services; to operate, secure, and improve the Site; to send you information you requested or that relates to your engagement; and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work and to understand how it is used. Basic traffic measurement is anonymous and does not identify you.
With your consent, we also use advertising technologies — including the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel — which set cookies and share limited information with those platforms so we can measure our advertising and show ads to people who have visited the Site. These load only if you accept them.
You can decline when first asked, change your answer at any time using the “Cookie Choices” link in the footer, or block cookies through your browser settings. Declining does not limit any part of the Site.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with service providers who help us run the Site and our business (for example hosting, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing), and only as needed. We may also disclose information if required by law.
If you accept advertising cookies, information about your visit is shared with advertising platforms for targeted advertising. Some privacy laws treat that sharing as a “sale” or “share” of personal data, so we say so plainly. Declining, or using the “Cookie Choices” link in the footer, opts you out of it.
6. How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act.
8. Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always posted here.
